STR Group, Inc. announces its conversion from STR Group, Ltd. (a limited liability company) into STR Group, Inc. (a joint stock corporation).

With the entry of May 24, 2012 into the Common State Register of the Legal Entities of Russia, STR Group will operate in future as STR Group, Inc.

STR Group, Inc. is a legal successor of all rights and obligations of STR Group, Ltd.

The management of STR Group, Inc., its office address, phone numbers, and bank data remain unchanged.
